Payment Terms
- A once off departure cleaning fee as well as a refundable breakage deposit is charged per booking.
- In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of sending out a reservation quotation.
- A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

The host has set some house rules, which you'll be asked to agree to when you book.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking more than 15 days before check in date will result in a 85% refund.
Cancellation of the booking within 15 days of check in date will result in a charge of 35% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
