Our prices on our price list apply to certain booking times: 3-6, 7-13 days,14- 27, 28-59, and 60-89 days. Please enquire about daily costs for stays of 90 nights or more.

Extra-person in the room (occupation more than standard):
No extra costs will be charged for a maximum of 2 children up to the age of 2 years sleeping in a baby cot, which we provide free of charge.

Payment Methods:
Please pay to our account (EFT) free of charge for us, using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or cash payment on the day of arrival (special arrangement only).

Arrival and Departure:
Check-In:
Not before 2:00 pm / latest 8:00 pm on the day of arrival
Check-Out:
Not before 7:00 am / latest 11:00 am on the day of departure.

In exceptional cases, we work out an individual check-in or check-out time as far as possible. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests, where we have to leave a fair amount of time to clean the units thoroughly.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 120 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
If cancelling 180 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
