Important Information

- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee of R630.
- There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted
