Wake up with the sound of the ocean right on your doorstep. Dageraad is a large apartment situated on the popular Central Beach. Central beach is the best swimming beach in Plettenberg Bay and the home is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Whale and dolphin watching, sea kayaking, sailing, and other beach activities are offered from Central Beach.
The property has a room with twin beds as you walk in, with a shower en-suite. The passage takes you to an open plan, light, and ultra-modern living area. There is a double room with shower en-suite and a bunk room with 6 beds and bath en-suite. This room is suited for children. The master bedroom opens onto the patio with shower en-suite. The living area which comprises of a kitchen, lounge and dining area also opens onto the spacious patio which has a barbeque, outdoor shower, and dining area. There are stairs that lead to the grass area below which takes you to the gate to the beach. There are stunning views from the living area and master bedroom.

Important Information
An additional refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable.
- Tenants will be liable for any breakages/losses/damages sustained during a rental.
- Tenants shall notify the managing agent within 12 hours of arrival of any defects.
- The managing agent shall at any time, have reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes.
- The deposit will be refunded after the tenants have vacated the property and a full inspection has been done by the managing agent or the owner of the property.
- Breakage deposits will be refunded within 30 working days of departure less any breakages or damages.
Please ensure all charges are absorbed when making a forex payment, to make sure the correct amount is transferred. Transfer costs are for your own account as well as cash deposit bank charges.
Rate based on a minimum stay of nights booked.
Maximum pax (including children and babies). Guests may be required to vacate the property should the maximum number of guests exceed that stated in these terms and conditions. Guests should only sleep on beds provided unless prior arrangements have been made with Plett Villas and agreed upon by the owners.
Plett Villas takes all responsible precautions to ensure that descriptions of properties and services on our website or otherwise provided to you are accurate. However, errors do occasionally occur and we reserve the right to alter descriptions where necessary.
In the unlikely event that there are any complaints during your stay due to maintenance issues to be attended to please let us know as soon as possible so the fault can be remedied. Plett Villas and owners are not responsible for any issues out of our control.
We will do our best to resolve any issues; however, issues are not always resolvable on public holidays, weekends or after hours.
Alterations and cancellations by us
If for any reason beyond our control due to construction or the property owner reneging on the booking Plett Villas will contact you immediately and endeavor to transfer you to a suitable alternative property or if this is not possible refund you the amount once the owner has refunded our trust account. Plett Villas cannot however be held liable.
Liability
Use of swimming pool where relevant and all home facilities at your own risk
Tenants staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take add due care and attention during their stay.
You are strongly advised to arrange adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for personal items.
Tenants must lock and secure property securely to avoid theft at all times.
Plett Villas and our property owners, servants and employees are will not accept liability for any act, neglect or default for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which any of the tenants or their invitees may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the property rental.
Should Plett Villas institute action against the Tenant pursuant to a breach by the tenant of this agreement Plett Villas will be entitled to recover all legal costs incurred from the tenant.
Services
Housekeeping service (specify)
Change of linen once weekly by the housekeeper working at the premises. If a housekeeper is not included in the rental or has not been booked by the tenants, then the change of linen will be for tenants account.
A cleaning surcharge of up to R500.00 will be charged to the tenant should the tenants not leave the property in a reasonable condition for occupation of if check-out happens later than the specified time
Please enquire with reservation if the property has internet facilities as not all the properties provide this. If provided in some cases it is on a pay as you go facility or capped.
Breakages
Tenants will be liable for any breakages/losses/damages sustained during a rental and caused by the tenants or anyone in their party or their visitors or maid due to negligence or for any other reason during their stay, including but not restricted to, the value of their deposit.
Tenants shall notify Plett Villas within 12 hours of arrival of any defects. If Plett Villas does not receive any notification from the tenants it will be deemed that the property was received in good order and condition.
Plett Villas shall be entitled to deduct any amount arising out of the cost for repairing or replacing any damage.
Plett Villas shall at any time, have reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes.
The deposit will be refunded after the tenants have vacated the property and a full inspection has been done by Plett Villas or the owner of the property.
Tenants will not hold Plett Villas for any discrepancies with regards breakage deposits.
Breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 working days of departure less any breakages or damages.
Arrival and departure times
Unless agreed in writing, check in time is from 14H00 and check out time is no later than 10H00. Requests for an early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.
Other
No pets are allowed on the property without the prior written consent by Plett Villas.
The tenant will not be entitled to make any duplication of keys in respect to the premises or give employee (staff member) keys or access codes without written consent from Plett Villas.
Tenants must be FICA registered (If South African Resident)
The tenant shall use the property only for residential accommodation and cannot sub-let the property in any way.
Plett Villas shall at any time, have reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes.
The property cannot be used as a film or function or party venue unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the owner.
Guests must behave in an acceptable manner by civilized standards and loud music after 11pm is not tolerated.
This agreement cancels and supersedes the terms and conditions of all prior negotiations and agreements between the parties.

Cancellation Policy
- 50% deposit of the total property rental is required to secure the booking.
- Payment of the deposit confirms that guests have accepted the booking terms and conditions.
- The balance and refundable breakage deposit due 21 days prior to arrival date.
- If the balance has not been paid by the required date, the managing agent is entitled to cancel the booking and retain the full deposit.
- Should guests cancel the booking more than 30 days before arrival then 50% of the deposit is refundable
- Should guests cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then 0% of the deposit is refundable
- The breakage deposit will be refunded after the stay less any breakages, if any.
- Cancellations and dates amendments must be requested in writing. Amendment of dates will be based on availability and minimum stay will apply.
