Dana Bay Beach House is a brand new self-catering house ideally located in Dana Bay overlooking the Indian Ocean. The house is ideal for a family, or group of guests that wants to spend a relaxing few days at the beach.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom contains two bunk beds, sleeping 4 people. These 2 bedrooms share a second bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The spacious lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-FI internet access is available.

The living area opens to an enclosed patio with seating and a built-in braai facility that offers beautiful sea views. Free secure parking is available.

Payment policy:
Provisional reservations are held for 48 hours, after which time the reservation needs to be confirmed by paying the deposit or alternatively, the space will be released for resale.

Bookings made within the same month of arrival date are due in full within 48 hours.
Payment of any balance for bookings is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If not adhered to, the booking will be released

Dana Bay Beach House reserves the right to release bookings should the booking terms not be adhered to.

Cancellation Policy
Any monies paid are non-refundable. We do offer credit for the next stay to some bookings that we can fill up the cancelled unit. Owners' discretion and decisions are final.

Please note, that in circumstances beyond our control, extreme weather conditions, flood or fire etc., Dana Bay Beach House reserves the right to move your booking to a different future date, and will be under no obligation to repay any monies already received.
