De Beers Apartment is located on the host’s residential property in the Strand, however entirely separate & closed off from the main house and is self-catering. The property is ideally located 150m from the white sandy beaches and within close proximity to shops, restaurants and other facilities in the area.

This charming & character filled cottage has a private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom has stairs up to the bath, and there is a separate toilet and basin. Both the bedrooms and bathroom are adorned with premium quality bed linen and toweling.

The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a washing machine. The living room area has a dining room table, fireplace, sofas to relax on, and a plasma TV.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the braai area outside the kitchen and there is secure parking available for 1 car on the property.

Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R650 cleaning fee per booking.

Check-in/out:
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. R500 per hour for late arrivals without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours. No keys would be handed without payment.
- Check out is from 06:00 to 10:00. R500 per hour thereafter for late check-outs without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours.

Extra Costs:
- Housekeeping available at R450 for linen change & general cleaning.
- No ironing or laundry, this is an additional charge.

Utilities to the value of R300 is supplied. Once depleted, utilities would be for the guests own account, please discuss with host.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
All cancellations, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
