Doringpoort Luxury Holiday Home is situated in the holiday town of Marloth Park, which lies on the banks of the Crocodile River and forms the southern border of the Kruger National Park. The lodge is just 120 m from the Crocodile River, where guests can enjoy an early morning walk to start the day or enjoy the abundant birdlife in the beautiful garden.

Comfortable accommodation is offered in 2 en-suite rooms and a loft room. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning for those hot summer days, linen and bath towels, and a TV with the stay Essential DStv package. The house offers a private braai area, a private splash pool, free Wi-Fi, and burglar guards, and an alarm system for security. Fully equipped self-catering kitchen, with all the general luxuries.

For your convenience, we also have an on-site convenience shop with some basic items, like Ice, firewood, charcoal, firelighters, water, braai packs, freshly baked rusks, pods for coffee machine, dark roast coarse ground coffee and fresh products depending on what is in season. A coffee plunger is available in all rooms.

Game such as kudu, zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, nyala, impala, warthog, ostrich, and other small game are not restricted by fences and roam freely inside Marloth Park. The nearest entrance to Kruger National Park is Crocodile Bridge Gate which is 20 km away from Marloth Park.

Children aged between 0 and 6 pay R100.00.
Children aged between 7 and 12 pay R250.00.

Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

Due to Covid 19 protocols "Die Grot" and "Die Ossewa Restaurant" are temporarily not available, however, we still offer in-house catering delivered directly to your unit. Only Breakfast and Dinner options available with prior arrangement.

Grocery shopping services and laundry service is available at an additional fee.

Doringpoort also adds the extra service of an on-site tour desk that is available to arrange all activities within Kruger Park and the surrounding areas, subject to availability. During peak periods it is advisable to pre-book day visits and activities to ensure you get access into the Kruger National Park.

Kitchens are fully equipped with all the essentials. Should you prefer bring along your big pots and coffee machine to start your day. Keep in mind to please respect the appliances in the units.

A fee of R500 will be charged in the case of lost keys or un-returned keys, as the lock will have to be changed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the booking total.
