This stunning Trout and Game Farm is located near Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. It has been lovingly modernized to be a family getaway with a beautiful main house and cozy cottage.

This stunning farm is an absolute luxurious escape plan, the tranquil streams and calm trees channel the mind to a quiet and serene place. Located approximately 10 km from Dullstroom via the R540, makes it the perfect place to escape from the busy city life, without moving too far away from civilization. Fishing is an absolute must for all fishing lovers in the three large trout dams located on the farm, being alongside a pool of water beneath the shade of a tree with only your thoughts as the perfect relaxing scene.

The spacious 3-bedroom Manor House has lots to offer. The open lounge and dining room has a large fireplace that brings families together with a homey feeling. The main en-suite bedroom has large windows overlooking the farm. The second and third bedroom share an en-suite bathroom with an additional third bathroom in the hallway. The northern patio is closed off and has a lovely fireplace and braai with a large dining room table to allow families to socialise in comfort during any time of the day or night. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate scullery, meaning you don’t need to bring your entire home with you. The farm house has TVs in all the rooms as well as the lounge with Netflix. The children’s play area has lots to keep the kiddies entertained while you relax.

The beautiful, 2-bedroom Farm Cottage is the perfect location for a small family or couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is cosy and luxurious, with 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a fireplace to keep you warm and cable TV. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and bunk bed for children. It has a modern lounge and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. A beautiful fireplace is located in the lounge, keeping the entire cottage warm during those chilly winter nights. There is a TV with Netflix for entertainment in the lounge.

Enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings while taking a game drive during the sunrise or sunset. Animals on the farm include zebra, red hartebeest, springbuck, oryx, black impala, deer, blesbuck, koelbroek pigs and reedbuck.

Conferences can be held in the lapa which contains a work space, braai area, seating, and an outdoor pizza oven. There is also a stunningly maintained tennis court and cricket pitch to keep you active while you are relaxing. With bright colours stretching over the pastures in summer and crystal white folding over the vegetation in winter, the magic of this farm never ceases to amaze.

Important Information

- No pets allowed.
- No children allowed around the dam area without an adult present.

These Terms and Conditions govern a contract for the rental use of our lodge rooms for lodging purposes, as well as all other goods and services rendered by Dullstroom Manor for the Customer.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions a guest and/or a booking agent is referred to as “Customer”. Dullstroom Manor reserves the right to stipulate a minimum stay over weekends, public holidays and holiday periods. A weekend constitutes a Friday and Saturday night. One-night bookings are not generally accepted but may be made at the discretion of Dullstroom Manor’s managers.

Checking in and out:
- Please note that reserved Units are available to the customer at 14h00 on the agreed arrival date. The customer does not have the right to earlier availability.
- Units must be vacated and made avaiable to the lodge no later than 11h00 on the agreed departure date. Late check outs will have a penalty fee of 50% of the full accommodation rate for the additional use of the room until 18h00.
- In the event of premature departure for any reason whatsoever customers will be liable for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.

Property Damage Policy
- The Customer will be held financially responsible for any property damage whatsoever which occurs during their stay that is above and beyond normal wear and tear.

- “No-Show” Policy – “No Show” on the first night will lead to automatic cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the full payment.
- All “No Show” clients will be charged in full for the entire duration of the reservation including all extra services requested.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
