Echo Cove, Fish Hoek

Echo Cove is a self-catering holiday home located in the charming area of Fish Hoek, in Cape Town. The holiday house offers stunning sea and area views and is situated approximately 1.3 km from Fish Hoek Beach and 120 m from the seashore on a mountain slope

This triple-story home accommodates up to 6 persons, consisting of 3 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an open en-suite bathroom fitted with a separate bath and shower; the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a bath en-suite whilst the third room has twin beds and a shower en-suite.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, eye-level oven, and other necessary appliances to make you feel at home. The open living area has a 6-seater dining table and the adjacent air-conditioned lounge features a wood-burning fireplace. Behind the lounge, there is an outdoor entertainment area with patio furniture and a swimming pool overlooking False Bay.

The property comes with DStv, Wi-Fi Internet, and a double garage for 2 cars. In the garage, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer to be utilized by guests.

Echo Cove is within 10 km from Boulder’s Beach Simon’s Town and approximately 43 km from Cape Town International Airport.

A breakage deposit of R500 will be invoice for all bookings.

A booking fee between R450 - R850 will be invoiced upon a confirmed booking. This fee will cover the bed linen and towels used, and the household items we provide during your stay. This is NOT a CLEANING FEE.
A checklist will be completed upon check-out to accumulate any damages caused during your stay.

Arrivals must be confirmed no later than one day before arrival. We will make contact upon confirmed booking to discuss any queries you may have and confirm arrival time. If there is a booking departing on your arrival day, a minimum of 2 pm will be requested to allow time to clean, sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival.
FAILURE to commit to the confirmed arrival time will lead to an R150 late penalty and R100 for every hour after the confirmed time.

Departures are gracefully set at a maximum of 12 noon (if needed) and only apply when there is no consecutive booking. If there is a consecutive booking you will be asked to check-out by 10:30 to allow cleaning staff to clean, sanitize and prepare the property for the next guest arriving at 2 pm.
