Please note that a construction site is located behind the property. While there is no building activity during the Festive Season (mid-December to early January) due to the builders' holiday, construction may take place from mid-January to the end of April 2025. During this period, some daytime noise may be experienced. We will do our best to ensure your stay remains peaceful and enjoyable.

* Check-in 4 pm - 9 pm (or by arrangement) / Check-out by 10 am (or by arrangement)
* Please note that you will be hold liable for any serious damage to our property.
You will also be asked upon arrival to pay a ZAR 6000 / EUR 300 / USD 300 or GBP 300 breakage deposit in cash or transferred before arrival. Naturally this will be refunded when you leave and everything is in order.
* We expect the guests to look after the house/apartment as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it.
* No smoking indoors please. Please respect neighbors right to quiet after 10 pm.
* Maximum number of persons on the premises is the number of guests for which the house was booked for
* No pets allowed (except Noordhoek Beach Villa on request), No parties, weddings etc.
*Guests have to sign an indemnity form and provide IDs/passports on arrival.
*Credit card used for deposit/balance paid online as well as an ID / passport of the credit card holder to be present at check-in.
*We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
