Check In Time is strictly between 14h00 - 17h00. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than this, unless prior arrangement has been made (STRICTLY NO CHECK IN'S AFTER 20H00).Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time. No Parties allowed in any of our units and only the amount of guests per house allowed.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT ANY UNITS. GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.
ONLY PAID GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE UNITS.

KINDLY NOTE THAT WE ONLY PROVIDE A STARTER PACK OF THE FOLLOWING UPON CHECK IN, THE REST IS FOR THE GUESTS OWN ACCOUNT: 2 DISHWASHING TABLETS, 2 BLACK BAGS, X1 TOILETROLL AND 200ML SUNLIGTH LIQUID. Where pets are allowed, a doggy fee of R250 is charged and no pets to be left unattended in houses.

A R650 / R1000 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 8 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit. Please provide your banking details for refund.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the deposit.

An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations
