This beautiful two bedroom apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large king size bed, a dresser, sliding doors to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted to a king size bed if needed. This bedroom makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is spacious, sunny and comfortable and has a large open plan living area. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax and admire the view or chill out in the evening and watch satellite TV or a DVD.

The dining area alongside the lounge is a great space to enjoy your home cooked meals. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.

Outside you will enjoy a great space on the wrap around balcony with patio furniture and magnificent views.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit required to confirm and hold booking. Deposit to be paid within 48 hours of booking dates.
Dates/bookings will not be held for more than 48 hours and will be cancelled if there is no payment.
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival a full refund of deposit paid will be refunded excluding a 20% total value of booking.
Cancellation less than 30 days forfeits the full rental (at our discretion and dependent on circumstance)
Should a refund be agreed to 20% administration fee will be charged.
