Gloncoe is a stunning 6 bedroom villa situated at the foot of Table Mountain. It has stunning mountain and city views that extend all the way to the ocean and beyond. The location is the top of the city bowl, which is very central. This accommodation is perfect for a large family looking to vacation or stay long term in Cape Town.

The villa is situated over 3 levels. The first level is the road level with the double garage and entrance. Walk down stairs to the middle level that has the lounge area with dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the middle level and a second lounge that leads onto a patio and pool area with garden. The patio/pool area has outdoor furniture and a braai area. This space is awesome for outdoor entertaining.
Downstairs are four bedrooms and a bottom garden.

The two bedrooms (1st and 2nd guest bedrooms) on the middle floor both have queen size beds. The 1st bedroom is en-suite with bath and shower. The 2nd room on this floor must share the bathroom. Both rooms have views
The main bedroom is on the bottom floor and has a king size bed with en-suite bath and shower.

The 3rd and 4th guest bedrooms on this level both have queen size beds and share a bathroom (bath and shower). Both rooms have views.
The last bedroom (6th) is a kids room with 3 x single beds. This room is en-suite with bath and shower. 6 bedrooms.

Important Information

Damage deposit:
Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the property and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. A damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the property for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the property, and after inspection for damages.

Property cleaning:
Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the property tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The property will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate.

- Pets are not allowed

Check-in time:
The property will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash.

Check-out time:
You should leave the property before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount. In the event that the guest changes the dates or property, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
