Important Information

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R510 admin fee and a R300 cleaning fee per booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure; provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.

Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.

The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of their deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.

Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are not allowed.

Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with a DStv connection, so should guests want to watch TV, please bring along your own DStv decoder, smartcard and cables, or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate. (no PVR/Explora)

A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at the guest's own cost. Please also remember to bring along your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.

Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 08:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
