- An administration fee of R500 is charged per booking and is excluded from the above quotation.
- It is an international practice in the villa industry to charge a breakage deposit; the applicable amount will be subject to the duration of stay if the villa is specific. Refundable breakage deposit of ZAR 5500
- Availability and rates are subject to change unless a provisional reservation is confirmed.
- Minimum night stay: 3 Night
- For arrivals and departures between 6 pm and 8 am, a late or early check-in/ - out fee is charged between R350 to R950 depending on the actual time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the deposit.
If cancelling 89 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 91 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 100 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
