This holiday home can sleep 8 in the main home with a further 2 people in a spacious 5th en-suite bedroom with double bed, and large sliding doors leading onto the veranda. This bedroom is downstairs with separate entrance, not connected to the rest of the house.

The house is newly renovated with spectacular views of False Bay and the mountains over Simons Town Harbour. The home is centrally located on the mountain side, conveniently within walking distance to the beach and Simons Town centre in addition to the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

The open plan design brings light through the large windows and double doors leading onto the large wooden deck. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leads off the dining area. Set against the mountain offering unforgettable sunrises.

All bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms, and top quality bedding and private outside area with table and chairs for morning coffee.

For the hot summer days there is a swimming pool that guests share with the small guesthouse next door . The pool has direct access from the house and a safety fence for toddlers is in place. This Simonstown house is fully serviced 5 days a week and offers WiFi and DSTV.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
