Overview

Hib-Escape Villa is a fabulous double-storey self-catering log home, with lovely sea views, located on its own 1000-square meter private stand in Hibberdene. The cabin is pet-friendly. All breeds welcome. Also we have back up water supply should the council not be able to supply.

Hib-Escape Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and 2 single beds. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The first bathroom contains a bath only, while the second and third bathrooms each contain a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there is also a laundry with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The lovely living area contains couches, a TV with easyview DStv, and a DVD player, as well as a 6-seater Rhodesian teak dining table and chairs. The house also has a games room with a pool table. The villa has is a large lovely covered deck and a patio with braai facilities and sea views. Excellent home away from home to have parties and big family get togethers!

The house has a free-standing power fence, and an external pet-friendly linked alarm system. There is a laundromat in town, that you can make use of, for your laundry needs. A double lock-up garage is provided.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R 800 cleaning fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R 1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules
All discounts of 40% and more are subject to no bedding supplied except a mattress protector and a fitted sheet pending on the duration of the stay or subject to extra charge for bedding if requested.

Pets are allowed, but not on furniture. If pets are in the habit of getting onto furniture and bedroom beds at your home, please bring your own bedding and couch covers otherwise extra laundry charges will be for your bill. Additional pets are subject to an extra charge, unless otherwise agreed upon. Guests must bring their own pet bedding and bowls. No pets under 1 year of age (special permission required subject to an extra damage levy to be implied) or females on heat allowed.

The cabin is not serviced. Servicing of the cabins can be arranged subject to charge and availability.

Guests need to bring their own bath and swimming towels.

Guests need to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Only the Easy View package is provided.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 120 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
