The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has outdoor patio furniture, gas braai facilities and ocean views. The building offers 24-hour security with access control. There are 2 undercover secure parking bays provided.

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Damage and noise deposit of R2000.00 is payable and will be refunded 7 days after check out.

The building offers 24-hour security with access control. Two undercover secure parking bays.

The apartment is not serviced during your stay. We are able to arrange cleaning services for you, kindly request it immediately as we have to arrange it with outside contractors.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, the balance of payment is due 7 days prior to check in. A damage deposit of R1000 is payable with your final payment and we will refund it 7 days after departure, if no damage occurred.

All payments for these bookings need to be made via direct bank deposit/credit card. We will email you a link from Nedbank with the amount payable. This is to secure your credit card details and you will be able to do the transaction on your side. If you prefer, you may pay per direct deposit.
