Overview

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning villa offers lots of relaxing space for you to enjoy your holiday in Cape Town.
Most of these spaces have breathtaking views of the City and Table Mountain.

You can enter the house through either the secure double garage off the road or via the front entrance which is elevated off the road.

The first level of the property has a study. This room is perfect for some quiet time for relaxing or doing some work.

The second level hosts three of the 4 bedrooms. The second bedroom at the end or the hall has great city and mountain views as well as an enuite bathroom with access to a small garden. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has access to a small courtyard and the third bedroom boasts lovely City and mountain views.

On the third level you will find the main living area of the house. This large room is light and has floor to ceiling windows allowing you to fully enjoy the exquisite City and mountain views. The living area (the front end of the room with most views) has comfortable seating 8 people and the dining table seats 8. The large breakfast bar has seating for 9. The kitchen is fully equipped with Mielle appliances and has a separate scullery with laundry facilities. These three areas of this level open out onto the large deck with ample dining and lounge seating, a swimming pool and the most beautiful views. The TV room is at the end of this open plan space, it has plush seating for 6 - 8 people.

The top level of the house hosts the incredible Master bedroom. This room has a private lounge and outdoor deck. It has some of the best views of the city and mountain that you can ask for. There is also a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

CHILD POLICY
This home does not accommodate children under 12.

SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

NOISE POLICY
This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AFFECTED BY LOAD SHEDDING.

Important Information

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arrival & Departure

Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.

To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.

Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.

Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.

It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.

A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

We require verification on TRUVI OR a cash payment of up to R50,000 for damage deposit purposes.

Our properties are protected by TRUVI – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by TRUVI to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use TRUVI to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We charge a once-off per booking fee.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

Please note that any guests who smoke inside a property will be levied a R5,000 fine per incident. This is payable directly to your Host by card payment or cash. Additional charges may be levied for professional upholstery, linen and curtain cleaning and sanitising.
Liability

The tenant/guest accepts liability for all minors and all visitors to the property. For more information or any queries, please contact us.
Events Policy

Our properties are for Accommodation purposes only. We do not act as a hosting venue nor are our properties intended for such use.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

All bookings will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled between 60 & 32 days prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 31 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property. In the event that your cancelled dates are rebooked, the Property Manager will charge an 11.5% booking fee and the guests will receive a refund for the balance.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
