House 7MB Ave is a rustic, beautiful and charming self-catering house set in one of Umdloti’s oldest streets. This is the ideal place for a family reunion or just to escape from the world; it has a magnificent garden and an old world charm.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 of the rooms contain a double bed each and the other 2 rooms contain 2 single beds each. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a ceiling fan and an air-conditioner. The third and fourth bedrooms have ceiling fans only. The en-suite bathroom has a bath only, the main bathroom has a bath and a shower, and the final bathroom has a shower only.

The large kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The cosy TV lounge contains seating and a flat-screen TV. The formal lounge offers comfortable seating, and has sliding doors opening on 2 sides to the outdoors. In addition, the house offers a kids room with a table tennis table.

The view of the surfers from the verandah will draw you to the beach from the early morning and then your evening drinks overlooking the Indian ocean will be the perfect way to end your day.

Important Information

All booking will incur once off R630 Admin fee. This will be included on the invoice sent once the booking is made.

There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
