Welcome.
Firstly, House Spetsai has an "Open view" decoder and TV.

In preparation for your stay at our guest house, we emphasize some of our house rules;

A breakage deposit of R1,000 is payable on arrival, in cash. If nothing is broken/damaged, this will usually be paid out when you leave, else within 7 days.

STRICT booking-in time from: 15:00 - 20:00. If, through unforeseen events, you require a later entrance, it can be arranged at R250, but ONLY up to 22:00. NO ENTRANCE will be allowed AFTER 22:00 (10 PM).

Leaving: You have to vacate the House before 10:00 on check-out day.

1. No bedding, towels or any equipment of the house is allowed outside, except barbecue.
2. It is not allowed to unplug/change electrical setups in our house. There really is no need for that. Ripping our electrical equipment from the wall will cost you the full damage deposit.
3. The house is NOT serviced - meaning while you stay here, we don't make the beds, wash dishes or clean the house. Should you require a cleaning service, it can be arranged at R150 per day.
8. No loud music allowed at any time please. Consider the neighbors. Quiet time is from 22:00 (10PM).

Please note that South Africa may experience electricity load shedding, which could influence our power and water supply.
Check-out time is NOT LATER than 10H00.
