The second open-plan lounge also features a library area and a pool table. This living area has sliding doors that open onto a covered terrace, which features a built-in braai area to use, and lovely views of the Hermanus mountains to admire.

On the lower level; the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third and fourth rooms each have 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, which is ideal for 4 children. There is also a guest toilet. The well-equipped kitchen which also has a dishwasher to use. This quaintly decorated living space has French doors leading out to a walled garden, which has a table and benches set under the trees.

Secure, covered parking is available for 2 cars. Huis Langbaai is located a few minutes from town centre; where one can find an array of shops and restaurants to visit. The property is also located a few minutes from Langbaai, Kammabaai and Voelklip Beaches; 5 minutes drive from Hermanus Golf Club, and 15 minutes drive from the Hemel & Aarde Wine Valley.

An administration fee of R500 is charged per booking and is excluded from the above quotation.
It is an international practice in the villa industry to charge a breakage deposit; the applicable amount will be subject to the duration of stay if the villa is specific. The breakage deposit is refundable.
Availability and rates are subject to change unless a provisional reservation is confirmed.
For arrivals and departures between 6 pm and 8 am, a late or early check-in/ - out fee is charged between R350 to R950 depending on the actual time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
