Stunning multi-level beach-house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms are en suite and one at the Games room is a seperate bathroom with a shower & toilet, open-plan living/dining/kitchen and patio with lovely views across Bekbaai.

This is the ultimate family friendly house and sleeps 8 adults and 4 children with two double sleeper couches in the games room for the kids! There is a seperate bathroom with shower down the passage from the Games Room and a seperate Kitchenette.

The spacious family games room has a pool table, foosball table & dart board, separate TV with full DSTV and an extra bathroom. For use of the games room and games equipment there is an additional refundable breakage deposit of R1000 payable.

On-site facilities include secure parking in a single lockable garage and a braai area.

Induku House has an inverter which covers the TV, lights and WIFI during load-shedding.

A R3000 key & breakage deposit is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 - 7 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 6 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
