Ithaca 20, Manaba Beach

Ithaca 20 is situated in the well-maintained resort of privately owned apartments in the small town of Manaba, between Margate and Uvongo, 150km South of Durban, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The resort is just 30 m away from Manaba's Blue Flag swimming and surfing beach, that also has a tidal pool and rock fishing spots. Various shops, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance of the complex.

This first-floor unit comprises a kitchen, a large living area with a double bed and a second walk-through bedroom to the balcony. There is also a bunk bed in the bedroom. Glass sliding door leads out to the balcony with a sea view looking over Margate. A full kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave. A flat-screen TV linked to DStv with the Family bouquet supplied.

Ithaca has a large private swimming pool, as well as communal braai facilities on either side of the complex. There is also a jungle gym and a trampoline for the kids. An undercover parking bay is provided per unit. Additional vehicles can be parked in the limited open parking area, behind palisade fencing, on the sea's side of the main building. A reserved trailer parking area is also available. The complex is fully enclosed with palisade fencing, and access is via remote electric gates.
