21 Jamaican Palms is a modern decorated self-catering unit that is situated in a security complex in Marina Martinique between Jeffrey's Bay and Aston Bay with 7 km of seawater canals winding through the complex. It is located within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.

This north-facing, ground-floor unit is set next to the canal. The unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and, to fit in the room, the bed closest to the door is 3 cm shorter than a normal single bed. If guests prefer an extra-length bed, this room will not be suitable. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a basin. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan living area comprises a lounge and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, a gas stove and electric oven and a microwave as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and water purifier. The lounge area has a comfortable lounge suite and a Smart TV.

The unit offers a beautiful view of the water and has a small garden. The enclosed patio has a built-in braai and glass sliding doors leading to a wooden deck with a beautiful view of the canals. The deck has chairs and umbrellas.

There is also space for guests to bring their own boat, but the rules of the Marina Martinique will apply at all times. A 2-seater kayak is available for guests. A built-in water purification unit and 3 beach chairs are available. The unit offers secure parking for vehicles.

The beach with 2 restaurants and a very popular fishing spot is within a mere 800 m from the unit. Aston Bay has a shopping mall with restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store, hairdresser and a small supermarket is less than 2 km from the Marina. The local Pick n Pay, Dis-chem and Woolworth's also offer home deliveries.

Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing and boating on the premises. Activities in the surrounding areas include surfing, horseback riding, bird watching, golf, fishing and tennis.
