Jamaican Palms is a complex of 28 cluster-unit apartments on the canal. Stairs lead up to the first floor and from the open plan lounge to the loft.

The water is monitored regularly and complies to all standards. Nearby activities include restaurants, fishing, swimming or rowing in the canals. Guests can walk in the Marina and visit the water park next to the Marina. The beach is within walking distance of the complex and has some of the best surf and fishing spots. Ashton Bay has a shopping centre with a restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store, hair salon and a small super market which is less than 2 km from The Marina. The Marine Wharf Restaurant has a kids' play area and access to the canal for swimming. The Waterpark is open from September to April between 09:00 and 17:00.

Please note that the property is located directly on the canal and children need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
Regrettably, no children under 6 are allowed.
Parties are not allowed at all. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. All residents are expected to live in harmony and show respect and consideration for co-owners. No resident will be allowed to play any radio, television, audio amplifiers, or musical instruments in such a way that it is a nuisance or annoyance to other residents.
Quiet time is from 22:00 until 06:00
Please drive carefully between Jeffreys Bay and the Marina as there are quite a few farm animals.
Linen and bath towels are included, but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
