After our guests accept the offer, which is valid for seven days, they will receive an email booking confirmation, including the deposit percentage, the ultimate date for the balance payment, and our banking details.

Cancellation Policy

No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 40% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 120 and 60 days before stay – 60% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 120 days before stay – 80% of the deposit will be refunded
