Kaiha is a spacious self-catering house for up to 6 adults and 2 children in Witsand, and is situated just 50 m from the beach and tidal pool.

The double-storey house with a partial sea view comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, and share the use of a bathroom with a bath and a toilet on the first floor, and a second bathroom with a shower, and a toilet on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the third is furnished with 2 single beds. A double sleeper couch is available for 2 children on the upper level.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available for guests to use. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, and relax in the lounge.

An indoor and outdoor braai area is available for use, and the house has a playroom for children. Please note, Kaiha does not have a garage or driveway, and parking is available for 2 vehicles in the complex parking lot.

Witsand offers various activities ranging from whale watching between May to October, swimming, windsurfing, rock and surf angling, deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, and more.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
