Kaleidoscope offers four en-suite bedrooms, three with King size beds and one with a Queen size bed, accommodating preferably 6 but by arrangement up to 8 guests. Three of the bedrooms have magnificent sea views and two of these have partially open-plan bathrooms with a breathtaking bath experience.

The living areas comprise multiple seating areas and plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining. The open-plan upstairs kitchen is fully equipped and, with living areas that flow easily out to terraces, there is a wonderfully airy feel. The inside dining area seats 12 and there are various options for al fresco dining as well. The decor exudes refined elegance with beautiful personal touches.

On the lower level there is a further dining and living area leading out to the swimming pool and garden. There is a barbeque allowing for wonderful summery lunches or sunset meals with exceptional views.

- Your booking is under all circumstances subject to the approval of the homeowner and once approved confirmed.
- An administration fee of R500 is charged per booking and is excluded from the above quotation.
- It is an international practice in the villa industry to charge a breakage deposit; Refundable breakage deposit of ZAR 50,000.
- Rates displayed are for 6 guests. For 7-8 guests there is an additional cost and price is on application
- Availability and rates are subject to change unless a provisional reservation is confirmed.
- For arrivals and departures between 6 pm and 8 am, a late or early check-in/ - out fee is charged between R350 to R950 depending on the actual time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 70% of the deposit.
If cancelling 89 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 91 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 100 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
