The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods), a microwave oven, a four-plate gas stove with a standard oven, and a fridge/freezer combination.

For added convenience, guests have access to a shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This laundry room is shared with the guests in the neighboring Sterretjie apartment and is accessible via the courtyard downstairs.

The lounge area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a wood-burning stove to keep the apartment warm and cozy during the colder months. It also features a flatscreen SMART TV for entertainment and opens up onto a charming balcony with a built-in braai (barbecue) area, perfect for enjoying the stunning views while grilling.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families or groups. Both bedrooms have their own doors that lead out to a private patio with a cozy sitting area, offering a perfect spot for guests to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Check In Time is strictly between 14h00 - 17h00. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.Check Out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time. No Parties allowed in any of our units and only the amount of guests per house allowed.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT ANY UNITS. GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.
ONLY PAID GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE UNITS.

KINDLY NOTE THAT WE ONLY PROVIDE A STARTER PACK OF THE FOLLOWING UPON CHECK IN, THE REST IS FOR THE GUESTS OWN ACCOUNT: 2 DISHWASHING TABLETS, 2 BLACK BAGS, X1 TOILETROLL AND 200ML SUNLIGTH LIQUID. Where pets are allowed, a doggy fee of R250 is charged and no pets to be left unattended in houses.

A R650 / R1500 Key & Breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 8 working days, after house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit. Please provide your banking details for refund.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the deposit.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
