The carpeted rooms are spacious and have views of either side of the canal; with the second bedroom and main bedroom having private balconies as well as desks for additional working space.

Indulge in relaxing moments in one of the stylishly designed and decorated bathrooms. The first and second bedroom share a full bathroom, but those lucky enough to get to the main bedroom first get to have their own en-suite full bathroom.

- Price does not include Mandatory Admin/Departure Cleaning Fee if not selected under extras. Even if it's not selected it is still mandatory.

- Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following type of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 99 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
