Check-in/out:
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00. Thereafter a charge per a hour for late arrivals without prior arrangement.
- Check out is from 06:00 to 10:00. A charge per a hour thereafter for late check-outs without prior arrangement.

Cleaning:
Housekeeping available at charge for linen change & general cleaning.
No ironing or laundry, this is an additional charge.
An additional check out cleaning fee will be added to the outstanding amount and is payable a month prior to arrival.

Our property is not pet-friendly. Service Dogs only.
Please be mindful of other guests and keep the noise to a minimum. Guests should notify the front desk when they intend to receive visitors. There are designated smoking areas on the property.
Toddlers need to be supervised at the pool at all times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
