If cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged
If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged. In the event of no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged
No refund will be given for early departure.

Refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 and cleaning fee of cleaning fee of R350.00 is required on or before arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 5 days from the day of check out.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
