Koetsiershuis is a renovated and modern 1-bedroom apartment in a historical monument in the old part of Stellenbosch, and is great for business- or leisure travellers, or parents visiting their children.

Situated on the first floor, the open-plan apartment is reached by stairs, and is double-glazed to make it soundproof. The air-conditioned apartment comprises of a bedroom with a king-size bed, and has a bathroom with a shower and a bath. For convenience, bedding and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available.

Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, or relax in the lounge which has a TV with full DStv. The living room opens onto a balcony that overlooks the town. Undercover parking is provided, and the apartment has an alarm system. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Koetsiershuis is 300 m from the Eikestad Mall and 700 m from Stellenbosch University. Stellenbosch offers a variety of restaurants and wine estates and cellars, and activities in the area include mountain biking, walking and hiking.
