Important Information

The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that does not adhere to this rule.

Kindly note that we do not have authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.

A R 650.00 key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days, after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.

DStv can be activated at the cost of R 25.00 per day.

There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 365 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
