Cancellation Policy

- Only in case of hospitalization or death of principle is deposit refundable in entirety.
- Cancellation 7 days and less notice: no refund.
- Cancellation 8 days to 14 days notice: 50% refund on deposit.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days notice: 75% refund on deposit.
- Non arrival, group or individuals of group: no refund.
- Cancellation of members of group: same as above.
- Cancellation of booking through external websites or agents: as above and commission and VAT of agent.
- Postponement, less than 14 days notice: 20% handling fee will be charged.
