Reservations less than 30 days to arrival date require payment in full to confirm.
All balances are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Non-payment of any balance constitutes a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposit required to confirm and hold booking. Deposit to be paid within 48 hours of booking dates.
Dates/bookings will not be held for more than 48 hours and will be cancelled if there is no payment.
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival a full refund of deposit paid will be refunded excluding a 20% total value of booking.
Cancellation less than 30 days forfeits the full rental (at our discretion and dependent on circumstance)
Should a refund be agreed to 10% administration fee will be charged.
