A delightful one bedroom, fully furnished, apartment situated in one of Century City’s stylish Complexes. Perfect for the business(wo)man, or a couple enjoying some time away together, this apartment is equipped to ensure that you stay is as comfortable as possible.

The bedroom is situated to the right as you enter the apartment and has enough room to comfortably fit a Queen size bed. The En-suite bathroom includes a basin, toilet and bath/shower (will have to double check this when we receive more photos or information.)

Out of the bedroom and down a short passage way you enter the open plan kitchen / dinning room. The kitchen is well set out and is equipped with a built in under-counter oven, 4 plate electric hob and extractor fan as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a fridge/freezer. The Kitchen has been stocked with a good supply of Cutlery and Crockery as well has cooking utensils.

The dinning area consists of a round Glass topped 4 seater dining room table and 4 comfortable chairs.

The lounge is a spacious area with a glass sliding door leading onto a small balcony. The Lounge has a 2 seater couch as well as 2 single seaters. The Flat Screen TV (With Smart Device) and DVD are set upon a dark wood finish TV Stand.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
- Please note that the rate does not include a mandatory Admin/Departure cleaning Fee.

Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation fee

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

15% administrative fee applies to all cancellations.
