The villa sleeps 6-8 guests in four bedrooms, all en-suite.
The light and airy main bedroom has a king sized bed and is the only bedroom on the top level, offering privacy and spectacular ocean views. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ocean views, the 4th has a private patio. The 2nd and 4th bedrooms both have king-size beds, with a queen in the 3rd. All bedrooms are en-suite with a shower and bath.

The villa boasts spacious indoor living areas spread over the two levels, that spill onto wooden decks, providing various indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces.

On the top level are the main bedroom, open plan fully equipped kitchen leading to the 10 seater dining area and spacious lounge with fireplace, which in turn open onto a deck through large glass sliding doors.

On the bottom level are the remaining 3 bedrooms, a gorgeous guest loo, walk-in glass-enclosed cellar and the TV room with extra large flat screen television and private bar, which in turn open onto another spacious deck with a dining and seating area and a large rim-flow pool. Adjacent to the pool is a fire pit deck.

Both levels open onto spacious wooden decks through glass sliding doors, providing exquisite sea views. The open plan dining and living area on the top level opens onto a deck with a relaxed seating area, providing spectacular sea views. The TV room with private bar on the first level opens onto a shaded outdoor dining and barbeque area, a separate seating area and the large rim-flow pool with stunning ocean views beyond.

This villa can have children, but it is not an entirely child friendly house, as there are a few falls.
