Important Information

BOOKING CONDITIONS::
Minimum stay 2 nights.
50% deposit required within 24 hours to secure the booking.
No booking will be confirmed or accepted until payment is made.
The outstanding amount to be paid at the latest 14 days prior to date of arrival. Peak Season bookings (December, January, Easter & long weekends) final payment is required 1 month prior to date of arrival.
A premium of R1000pp per day will be charged for additional guests beyond house capacity.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
The following refundable breakage deposit is payable with the deposit prior to arrival:
R2 000 per 5 day stay.
Deposit will be refunded within 14 days less any breakages or damages if applicable.

CLEANING FEE:
An additional fee of R500 is payable with deposit prior to arrival.
Should the property be left in an unacceptable condition - an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

LOST KEYS:
Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and the guest held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
