The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 on the upper level and 1 downstairs, 4 of which have double beds while the fifth room has 2 double beds, which is ideal for a couple with children. There are 2 sea-facing rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower while the other has a shower only. The other 2 bedrooms, which do not have sea views, share a separate bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower. Downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, basin and separate toilet.

The house also features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an Gas hob and electric oven, indoor braai, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area leads out onto a patio that offers beautiful sea views.

Other facilities available to guests include a TV with the full DStv bouquet of channels and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Off-street parking and a single lockable garage are provided for your convenience. The house comes with a Housekeeper that can be arranged for daily cleaning at R250 per day.

Important Information

Breakage Deposit:
A key & breakage deposit of R2000 is payable with the deposit prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure, once house has been checked and all found in order.

Check-in time is strictly between 14h00 – 17h00 (Mon – Thu), 14h00 – 19h00 (Fri) & 14h00 – 16h00 (Sat & Sun & Public Holidays). A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated.

Check-out time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay

PLEASE NOTE: No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival 85% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 30 & 22 days prior to arrival 70% of deposit will be refunded.
Between 21 & 16 days before arrival date 50% of amount paid will be refunded
Between 15 & 7 days before arrival date 20% of amount paid will be refunded
Less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a guest not arriving, no refund will be considered or paid.
