Important Information

Check-in and Check-out: Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement only. Guests are required to check out by no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Payment: A deposit of 70% is due within 8 days of the reservation. The remainder is due on the day of check-in. Payment can take place by credit card, by Electronic Fund Transfer or in cash. If the guest communicates the cancellation more than 30 days before the stay, no cancellation fee will be due. If the guest communicates the cancellation between 30 days and 1 day before the stay, a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount will be due. If the guest cancels 24 hours or less before the arrival date or fails to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be due. Changing the dates of a reservation will be considered as cancelling the original dates and is subject to the cancellation policy. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
