Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, not far from the hustle and bustle of Camps Bay, this luxurious villa is a great base for a holiday.

Stairs lead up from the double garage, past the pool to the entrance of the villa which welcomes you into the open plan living and dining areas.

There is a comfy L-shaped couch and large flatscreen TV as well as a reading corner. The fully fitted kitchen with separate scullery is towards the back of the room, which is dominated by a wood and glass staircase leading to the 2 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the lounge and glass sliding doors leading to a balcony.

The 2 smaller bedrooms are situated towards the rear of this level and they share a bathroom.

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. The master has a small office area, with stunning sea views and access to a balcony shared with the second master suite, also with en-suite bathroom. Please note that the en-suite bathrooms are open plan.

The private swimming pool and entertainment area is located on the lower level of the property. There is an indoor braai/BBQ area and sun loungers to laze by the pool.

What is Powered: All lights and plug outlets in the house.This includes TV, stereo, intercom, microwave, fridge, alarm system etc.
What Isn’t Powered: The heavy electrical loads like A/Cs, geysers and floor heating.

HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

CHILD POLICY
This home does not accommodate children under 12.

SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking whether inside or outside the property.

NOISE POLICY
This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arrival & Departure

Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.

To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.

Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.

Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.

It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.

Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.

A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.

We require verification on TRUVI OR a cash payment of up to R50,000 for damage deposit purposes.

Our properties are protected by TRUVI – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by TRUVI to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use TRUVI to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We charge a once-off per booking fee.

Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.

Please note that any guests who smoke inside a property will be levied a R5,000 fine per incident. This is payable directly to your Host by card payment or cash. Additional charges may be levied for professional upholstery, linen and curtain cleaning and sanitising.
Liability

The tenant/guest accepts liability for all minors and all visitors to the property. For more information or any queries, please contact us.
Events Policy

Our properties are for Accommodation purposes only. We do not act as a hosting venue nor are our properties intended for such use.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

All bookings will receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled between 60 & 32 days prior to arrival, forfeit the deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 31 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property. In the event that your cancelled dates are rebooked, the Property Manager will charge an 11.5% booking fee and the guests will receive a refund for the balance.

An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.

We advise all guests to take out cancellation insurance.
