Overview

Lodge 23 offers self-catering accommodation, and is situated on the banks of the Sabie River; located in a private estate in the Kruger National Park.

This Arabian and African themed lodge comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The main and second bedroom each have a 4-poster queen-size bed, and the 2 remaining rooms each have a double bed. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower or bath or both. 2 of the rooms also feature a private outdoor shower.

The lodge boasts 2 fully equipped kitchens; each fitted with modern appliances and utensils to prepare and cook meals. The open-plan central entertainment area is spacious and the formal lounge contains a fireplace.

Adjacent to the living area, there is an entertainment area which has a braai facility and a pizza oven. The living area opens onto a spacious covered deck, which has a swimming pool that overlooks the bushveld.

The property also features a boma area with a firepit. From the swimming pool, guests will be able to view various game such as elephant, hippo, and buffalo that frequently visits the river.

Important Information

- Upon arrival, if prior to 17 h00, guests will sign in the register at the main gate with the security gates man. If after 17h00, then guests will just be handed the lodge key at the gate when signing in. The security will then direct all guests to their respective lodges which are also clearly marked.
- When entering the lodge the relevant paperwork such as the registration, indemnity forms and Wi-Fi voucher will be inside the lodge, and management personnel will welcome you at the lodge once settled in.
- Internet: Wi-Fi is available inside the lodges and is limited to 1GB per night stayed.
- Parking: Free private parking is available; reservation is not needed.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available if required. The cost of this service is R 450.00 (travelling fee) + 15% of the total grocery bill. A list can be requested to be sent to guests to assist in the planning process and to advise accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking/vaping inside the lodge.

Cancellation Policy

- If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If the reservation is cancelled or modified later or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
