* Check-in is available from 14h00. Please note that if you plan to arrive late into the evening, we would appreciate being advised so that we can prepare for your check-in after hours.
* Our latest check-out is at 10h30. Later check-outs are only possible if the rooms are empty the following day.
* Please note that the units have full use of the communal 19 m swimming pool.
* The units are fully serviced on weekdays (excluding public holidays) so that you can completely enjoy your stay.
* The units are suitable for children under 12, but if you have young ones, please note that the large 19m swimming pool is not covered with safety nets and extra care should be taken.
* The units are not suitable for pets, and therefore we do not allow pets of any kind. (Please note that some pets live on this property belonging to the owner)
* All units are non-smoking. Please do so outside, well away from the interiors.
* We are in a quiet neighbourhood and no parties, large gatherings or events will be allowed. Please be considerate to other guests, and our neighbours – strictly no noise after 22h00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
