Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of sending out a reservation quotation.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.
We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 6 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
No pets are permitted on the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking more than 15 days before checkin date will result in a 85% refund.
Cancellation of the booking within 15 days of checkin date will result in a charge of 35% of the booking value.
Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of checkin date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.

An administrative fee of 15% will apply to all cancellations.
