A lovely, landscaped garden area has a swimming pool and sizeable deck area with outdoor lounge décor and is the perfect spot for relaxing over sundowners. A glass lift connects the bottom lounge with three levels of the villa and there is underfloor heating and ducted air-conditioning that works on an eco-water system throughout the villa. An inverter ensures the power never goes off and there is off-street parking in the garage for two cars.
The lower level of the house features one of two lounges with huge couches, a flat-screen television, a fully stocked bar with a bar counter and a custom-made wine fridge, built-in mini bar fridge, and a guest bathroom. This level is also home to a bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, heated towel rails, and a single vanity. This bedroom and lounge area has the luxury of opening onto the pool deck and a lovely outdoor lounge area with beautiful views.
The second level of the villa can be accessed by a staircase or the lift and features spacious open-plan living, dining, and entertaining spaces, and a beautiful expansive deck overlooking the bay. A large, fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a gas and electric stove and hob, microwave/oven combination, and double door fridge and a large freezer is ideal for entertaining. A lovely breakfast bar seats three in the center of the kitchen and a scullery sits just off the kitchen washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
Beautifully furnished in rich earthy tones, the living spaces on the main level of the house are spacious and light and seamlessly connect through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that can be opened to integrate the spaces. The open-plan dining room boasts an elegant eight-seater dining table and a second lounge boasts large comfy couches and designer décor.
The lounge has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and a grand piano and a stylish office space with a large deck and ample working space that is ergonomically tucked under the staircase. The living areas open onto an expensive deck with an outdoor lounge and dining area and spectacular views.
The third level of the villa features three enormous bedrooms with exquisite décor, walk-in cupboard space, and stunning ocean views. All the bedrooms have exquisite artwork on the walls, plenty of room to relax, and high-end amenities such as underfloor heating and air-conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms have flat-screen televisions.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, heated towel rails, and double vanities. There is a spacious walk-in closet/dressing area with a professional make-up mirror and the room has floor-to-ceiling windows with glorious bay views.
The two remaining bedrooms have 1 x queen-size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds, on request), 1 x king-size bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, heated towel rails, and single vanities. They also have beautiful views through huge windows.
Also on the third level is a private theater/screening room with comfy electric reclining chairs and a large projector-style television where movies can be watched in style.
This magnificent property is fully secure with an alarm and CCTV security system. It boasts a double and single garage and plenty of secure off-street parking and has some of the best panoramic views in Cape Town, sweeping across Table Bay.
The house is set on a quiet, wind-free street and is a short 2-minute drive to the trendy district of De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that SUPERHOG is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/Waiver will be requested to complete your verification process.

Arrival & Departure
Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests, please contact the office to arrange this prior to the date of your arrival.
To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of half a day's rental may be charged.
Upon check-in, you may be required to produce proof of identification and your credit card.
Should guests not check-out at the agreed time on the check-out date, the manager will be entitled to charge for the overstay at a rate of up to double the average rate of their current stay, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes and any legal expenses incurred.
It is important to note that by agreeing to our terms and conditions, the guest authorises the Property Manager to utilise their deposit to cover any breakages or damages to the property.
Payment Terms
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% is due within 48 hours of written confirmation of booking.
A balance payment of 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification.
We charge a once-off per booking fee of R550.
Smoking Policy
All our properties are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hubbly bubblies and marijuana.
A minimum fine of R10 000 will be charged if smoking, narghile, shisha, goza, hookah, water pipes, battery powered electronic smoking devices or any other activity that burns tobacco (or similar) takes place indoors on the property or guests/tenants may be requested to vacate the property or both. You will be billed additionally for the cleaning of the property.

Events,Functions and Parties:
Our properties are for accommodation purposes only. No parties, functions, events and/or similar are to be held at the properties under any circumstances. As such no third-party suppliers, caterers, external contractors and/or similar are allowed onto the premises, unless by prior arrangement and written consent by management.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the guest/agent must immediately notify BookNow in writing. The cancellation date shall be deemed to be the date when such notice is received by BookNow. In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall apply;
Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.
In the event of a Peak booking (any booking falling between 15 December – 10 January):
Cancellation 61 days or more before arrival – the initial booking deposit shall be forfeited (50% of the total booking value); or
Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking cost shall be forfeited.An administrative fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations.
Amendments or booked dates: Please note that any amendment requests shall be at the discretion of the owner/manager and the company (additional charges will apply, if approved). There shall be no entitlement to a refund in the event that the guest decides to stay for a shorter period than what has been booked and paid for. Also note the rates are based and negotiated based on the originally booked dates. Shortening of stays will result in an increase of the nightly rate, if accepted by the owner/ manager and the company.
**Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to procure suitable insurance covering cancellation and agree to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including “Cancel for any reason cover” at the time of the booking.
