Marginella 13 is a large, lovely and homely self-catering apartment situated in the secure Marginella complex on the Umdloti beachfront. This apartment is 1 of only 3 units set in the very front wing of the building, making it very exclusive and spacious with uninterrupted breaker views. The quiet coastal town of Umdloti is situated 25 km north of Durban and an ideal family holiday destination.

The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for your self-catering needs, and is fitted with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The dining area has seating for 8 and lovely windows with plenty of sunlight. A lounge area with comfortable and modern furnishings has a TV with a selection of DStv channels, for evening relaxation.

The lounge has sliding doors opening to a large balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor dining furniture, where guests can enjoy the refreshing sea air and delicate views. Secure undercover parking is available in the complex.

Important Information

- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee of R630.
- There is an additional breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
