Welcome to Martilda Langebaan Country Estate, a charming house in the beautiful town of Langebaan. This spacious and light-filled house offers accommodation for up to 5 guests. It has access to an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, bar and restaurant, coffee cafe at driving range, Oxigym, swimming pool, parks with kids play gyms, bicycle pump track as well as walking and cycling trails. Guests can also enjoy the spa, Volleyball, Netball, Basketbball and Tennis Courts, as well as a unique Foot Golf experience which is a combination of golf and football.

The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One being an ensuite. General features of the property include internet access, a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, provided linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests have access to secure parking, a garden and patio with a braai and a double garage.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Rates are quoted per day.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Should the booking be cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, the full amount received will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of 17.25% will apply to all cancellations.
