Sandbaai is just a few minutes’ drive from Hermanus CBD and two shopping centers, one of which is the new Whale Coast Mall, where there is a large variety of shops, including Checkers, Woolworths and Woolworths Food, Dis-Chem, a deli, restaurants, etc.

The home consists of two spacious lounges leading onto large patios with 2 built-in BBQ's outside and plenty under cover parking behind remote controlled gates. Downstairs open plan with dinging room, lounge and kitchen leading onto outside deck. Upstairs open plan lounge with TV and kitchenette leading onto another outside deck.

Important Information

-A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 800.00 is due regardless of the length of stay
-A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages
-REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke
-No loud music or noise is allowed that may disturb neighbors.
-No unsupervised groups of learners, matriculants or undergraduate students allowed.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable:
Cancellations for the peak seasons may not be made less than 90 days (3 months) prior to arrival date, and less than 30 days (2 months) prior to arrival date for off-peak periods.
A cancellation fee equal to 20% deposit will be charged.
If we can secure another booking for the same dates, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the guest less any nights that weren't booked by another party.
